Looking for opinions on what the best bang for our buck call center headsets are today. We have Shoretel 230 phones that can take rj14? connectors and act as an amplifier. Additionally, the location of some serious review sites would be helpful.

Some requirements for our environment:
1. Biaural - has to cover both ears, it can get loud here.
2. Noise canceling microphone - no really, it can get loud here.
3. NOT using usb connectors. It isn't a voip environment - POE sure, but we're not licensed for softphones.

Thanks!!

Try this website - they have both, monaural and binaural call center headsets for reasonable price. And as I know, they are compatible with ShoreTel phones (they have a connecting cord with RJ-9 plug)
