I've only been playing for just over two years - i wish that they would give
the rune book dye tub out earlier than 5 or 6 years.....

They did, but if your not on their junk mail list, you will not get them.
I should say, if you was not on their junk mail list back in September,
you will not get them. (Customer NO support said there was a notice
about this on the UO web sight back in August about it). I do not know
about you, but I do not have the time to search the EA sight for every
"notice" daily, so I missed my 7th year rewards.........

They told me its too late now.

Technically that was a "gift". 7th year rewards are just extra picks from
the existing reward like an ethereal, a hanging skeleton, etc. Nothing
new and fancy this time really.

So do I, but apparently some manager has officially stated that the program
has been discontinued.
Still, there are loads of public houses on most shards that let everyone use
a full set of dye tubs these days, and robes, cloaks, etc are for sale now
and then. It would be nice to see loyalty rewarded, though. Perhaps they
never believed that anyone would stick around for more than 6 years?

Don't speak too soon. Aren't they doing xmas gifts again this year? I think
I read on stratics that this year's will come in the same boxes. Dunno
what'll be in them, though.

Unfortunately, you can't use the runebook dye tub until your account reaches
the necessary age...not sure about the others.

Leather and Statue dye tubs are also age restricted. Statue is 5yr,
Runebook is 4yr and Leather is 2yr.

Me, too. Most of time I read posts from UO startic forum regularly. But I
was super busy in September and October and didn't know that I have to go to
EA web site register to get the 7AE gifts. (Back to May, June, they said
that the customers don't have to do anything. Just pay the bill and will get
the gift.) I called them and they told me there is nothing they can do. I am
pissed. I will think something to screw Electronic Arts. But first, besides
UO, I won't buy any more EA games.
