This is the 040F001 Driver, part no. 1-505-076-11, available from any
Sony repair depot. Installing it requires a soldering operation.

I can't swear their e-commerce database goes to the parts level, but I
know Dale Pro Audio ( http://www.daleproaudio.com ) stocks replacement
parts for MDR-7506's.
