How can i decrese the c drive storage capacity

when i installed win 7 home premium i got 270gb storage capacity on c drive and 30gb capacity on d drive. Now i want to increase the d drive to 70 gb and from c drive i want to make partition drive. can u guide me in getting that.

1. Click the windows orb
2. Type Disk Management in the search box.

in the pane in the bottom right hand corner is a list of all your physical drives, against, probably "Disk 0" is will have 2 partitions. Right click on the partition that you wish to reduce, to free up the additional space, and select shrink.

When that's done, right click on the other partition and select "Extend"
