computer wont startup, go to safemode and system restore and used all restore
points still wont boot up very annoying

would be much more helpful if you gave more information. are you getting any
errors? have you uninstalled/installed anything recently? what happens when
you try to get to the desktop?

ok so there are no errors, installed quicktime but uninstalled it in safe
mode when i try to boot up it goes to the black screen with the Windows xp
logo and the loading bar but then it goes back to the first bootup menu and
then it goes to the one where it asks Safemode, safe mode networking,
safemode prompt, Last good setting, and normal start. Ive tried them all and
it always goes back there, i went into system restore and exhausted all my
restore points all led back to that startup menu
