Anyone know what happens to items

locked down for decorations, secure chests, etc. when you transfer the
ownership of a house to another player? Do the items transfer ownership
as well or do they go into a moving crate or what?

Everything locked down/secured stays locked down/secured. Items
personally marked to the original owner retain his name in the
description.

In my experience everything goes to the new owner just as it was..
At least when I got my current Villa, everything locked down, hanging
standing etc.. kept its place and transferred fine to me.
