Request advice on tv-tuner card

I need a tv-tuner with video capture card that receives both the NTSC and PAL. Could anyone suggest any good card with a reasonable price tag (low price)? Thanks in advance!

Im not sure which card you should get but I can tell you which card not to get if you have dual processors or HT: ati tv wonder. I've just posted problems with this card and the above.

You should really look into the S-Media Media Mate 200. Its a great external unit that can record at DVD quality, and you can hook up your vcr, x-box, playstation or whatever into it. Comes equipped with a remote control as well. pretty sweet. I got mine for $200, saw it at bananapc.com for $175 i think recently.
