stand-alone XP udates available?

I have a utility pc not connected online... is there a way to download executable updates for xp without having that pc hooked up online? Meaning... can I go somewhere to download xppatch100435.exe(ficticious name) and apply it to my other computer?

there used to be an option to get stand alone updates, that was a long time ago. i dont know about now.
