Is there a Windows Update type site for Windows Mobile/PocketPC?

I had a real fun time figuring out that my Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition phone needed a DST update. I spent a couple hours pouring over forums and google just trying to identify why my phone was off by an hour when the PC it was syncing with was not. Then finding the update itself took another 20 minutes of searching.

Eventually I found the DST update but it got me wondering (PRAYING) there's an "update.microsoft.com" type solution for PPC and WM devices. Can anyone comment on this? I'd really like to know if there are other updates my phone could be benefitting from, without having to spend hours digging through the terribly organized Windows Mobile downloads page (ya can't even specify the version of the OS you're using in the search function! )
