Driver Power State Failure Error on Windows on Windows 7 shutting down screen
My very recently purchased laptop hp dv6 was showing some problems from last 2 days. It would get stuck at the shutdown screen and then after extended span of time I had to press and hold power key to turn it off. It happened only twice. It doesnt happen everytime i shut down but sometimes it stucks on Windows 7 shutting down screen and displays this error after many time.plz help

'Recently purchased' suggests it is still under warranty. Contact HP support or the dealer you bought it from. They should always be your first port of call for warranty type issues.
