Before I begin, I'm new to mobile devices such as this. I am working with a WebDT tablet PC with WinCE 4.2
I am trying to use a USB to Serial cable to communicate via hyperterminal. How do I get a registry editor to work on this thing? I downloaded PowerToys 3.0 from Microsoft but am either too dumb to figure i out or am just overthinking it.. can anyone lend some advice to a new guy?
