Sent THREE faxes and TWO emails to Tigerdirect.com merely asking what the correct number to dial is outside the States (their website lists a telephone number but it is in fact a fax).
No reply - whatsoever. The faxes definitely went through and I've been trying for three weeks.
As an astute consumer once said, if a company is that bad when it comes to SALES, how bad are they going to be when the time comes that you need SUPPORT?
I am now in the happy position to be able to retract my statement, as TigerDirect have now not only replied to my last email, they have fixed the contact number glitch on their website (actual overseas number is 305.415.2205, also 305.415.2200 according to the email).
