Weird High CPU Usage

Suddenly I noticed that my pc is using really high cpu usage with no reason. I noticed that the task manager always indicates a process that consumes cpu resources (always above 70%), once I close it another process starts and does so . What is that and how to solve it?

MY PC Specs:
RAM: 2GB DDR2
MOBO: Gigabyte G41
Processor : Core2Duo

use msconfig go into the start up tab turn every thing off there...other then your anti virus. then reboot and run malwarebytes anti malware to see if you have some spyware. if you have an old anti virus think of uninstalling it and use free mse/avast/avg.
