Hey guys, I just got a nice new PC which will be used for most everything. I am keeping my older HP laptop for portability reasons and I'm wondering if I can rig it up to use as a 2nd monitor for my PC. I really dont even need my laptop to be on, I just need to use its monitor. Is this possible?

Only easy way is if you have video in, and then it needs to be on.

Otherwise it's a hassle involving re-rigging it using the pin-out diagram for them.

nothing like what you wanted but this is the closest thing i can think of http://www.maxivista.com/ used it before its Ok depending on what its being used for
