Hi, I would like to get 'push' technology for my dad's treo 700wx.  He has a server (circa 2003), but he does not have Microsoft Exchange server loaded onto it.  Now, here is my question:  Is there software that can 'fake push' email onto his treo?  i.e. a program that just checks his email every 5 minutes or so?  He doesn't need the email to come instantly, just pretty fast.  
 
Here is his other problem:  supposedly, the way his previous secretary set the computer up, he isn't supposed to add contact information on his phone, he can only have his secretary add the info, then sync it onto his phone.  However, since she left he got a new phone, he used to have Palm OS, now he has Windows Mobile os...so the old software doesn't even work anymore.   How can I get around this?  And what software would you recommend? Pocketmirror?
 
Also, we have another problem in the office........My dad's new secretary uses outlook on the office computer to put her schedule on.  My dad has a whole other schedule going on his treo.  How can I possibly set this up to back my dad's phone up while still keeping the two schedules separate?  In other words, how can I create a backup of my dad's phone without my dad's secretary's schedule showing up on his treo?  
 
And about this whole Microsoft Exchange server idea, here is exactly what my dad wants:  
*He wants email to show up at least every 30 minutes.
*He wants his secretary to be able to pull up his calendar information wirelessly (ie, my dad inputs an event into his calendar, and automatically if his secretary looks at his calendar on her computer, she will be able to see what he has scheduled so she can book him for things easily)
*he wants the contact list to be synced wirelessly between server/computer/phone
 
 
If somebody could PLEASE help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.  There is alot I don't understand, but I really want to help my dad with all this.
