Hi,
I've found it difficult to determine if certain DVD-audio
classical releases are 48khz or 96khz. I have seen this information in
certain reviews, but I thought some of the Recording Company websites
themselves (Deutsche Grammophon, Silverline, etc) would have this
information about their own recordings, but I don't see it there. I
was wondering if there was any resource to determine the sampling rate
of a released dvd-a recording, other than actually reading the sleeve
on the dvd-a jewel case?

thanks,
rick o.

Not that I'm aware of, other than going onto the DVD-A forum at Audio Asylum
and asking some of the inmates there who already have the disk.
