MSN Photo Upload Control problems

I tried to install MSN Photo Upload Control, as prompted by MSN, to help me
add photos to an album I'd created for a website. something went wrong, and
now everytime I click "add photos" it tells me there has been a fatal error
and MSN will close. I send error reports, but cannot find the MSN Photo
Upload Control anywhere on my hard drive to delete it and stop this from
happening.

Help, please!
