Sound Blaster Live or NF7-s V2.0 Onboard Sound??

Which is better?

i heard that the onboard AC97 /SoundStorm has the same quality as the Audigy or even the Audigy 2?? can anyone confirm this? And do i get hardware acc with it? Does hardware acc matters that much these days? what about EAX??

Just built a system with MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR. The nForce APU is superior to the Audigy 2 IMO.

Does the NF7-S v2.0 have the nForce APU (via MCP-T)?
