I bought a new cell online to replace my son's aging cell phone. we have a verizon contract. the phone I got brand new from a power seller on ebay was supposed to be for that. turns out it is supposed to be a prepay phone. the verizon store guy said I need to have them flash it to regular network. If I cant get a hold of the original seller, how do I do this?

With some phones you can do it from the service menu, I think. I've done it before. What phone is the new one?
