Looking to get a PDA but which one?

I haven't really gone into the PDA thing to much and so I'm a pretty big newb in that department. Hopefully, one of you more experienced people will be able to help me.

I am looking at a PDA that will be able to use Housebot. It's a Home Automation Program.
Be used as a remote with Winamp and be able to control my Computer. ie: Be able to control a HTPC, access pictures, etc. What would be better is I could select a computer from a list of my computers and be able to just control that computer or electronic device that I selected.
Able to use as a telephone (ie phone rings I can use this as a wireless phone). I don't know if that could be done but would be cool. Thus it would replace my home phones.
Able to connect to my home network and access files.
Be able to be used as a cellular phone.
GPS that can give me a read out on where someone is in my family when they have one of the PDA's and also be used as a navigation device.
Bar Code readability so I can have a way to inventory household items.
Basically, a House Hold PDA that makes the House easier to maintain but also can be used to communicate.
