recieved an error when updating the Flash ROM on my IPAQ. The message asked to reset the unit and retry the upgrade.

After resetting the unit I am unable to restart the ROM upgrade by clicking on the upgrade executable, I get "Error 101 Connection Error"

I even attached the USB cable directly bypassing the cradle to no avail. All I have is a faint display on the PDA with the word "Serial", the HP logo and V1.08 on the display.
