We have Zire 71 and a Tungston E. What are the good ones and
what to avoid? Can we get one for both units? Costs and where?
Thanks.

The Palm Wireless Keyboard has worked pretty well for me. It
will work with both of your units, although not both at the same
time, obviously. Just install the driver on both units, and
either will work with the keyboard. Google should give you lots
of choices for places to buy. Ads are not difficult to find on
the web.

Hi daMoose,

I have both a Palm Wireless keyboard (infrared) (PWK) and a Palm Portable Keyboard (PPK). Between the two, I definitely like the
PPK better for typing. It has a fully size qwerty keyboard. The draw back is you must have a flat service the size of the
keyboard to work on. Also I can not use the PPK with my Tungsten|T3 in its hard case. The PWK on the other hand lets me work
with the Palm in its hard case. I have a little board that sits under the keyboard to keep it from bending when I type. I
literally can work with it on my lap. The major drawback to the PWK is that it does not have the 4 row of keys (numbers). That
has not really been a problem for me since I do not enter a lot of numbers.

I have to novels that I currently am working on, and I use the PWK every day (I try to work on my novels for at least one hour a
day). I keep my PPK at my home and use it occasionally.

I haven't tried any of the other wireless keyboards out there so I really can't tell you what's best. The best thing to do is
find a store that has a liberal return policy and just keep trying till you find one that you like.

Ciao . . . C.Joseph

I bought a DConnex " Wireless IR Keyboard". A lovely unit but now and again,
it get confused and will only type 1 instead of J and K instead of 2 etc but
it works on the Vx and Zire 71..The Palm keyboard that slots into my Vx is
far cooler though..classic design. I just lovely looking at it

gra :)
