Over a year ago I installed my copy of Windows 7 (Enterprise 64bit SP1). The OS is legal, was activated successfully, and has worked fine for the last year.

Recently I went through and disabled a bunch of services in order to improve my system performance. Unfortunately I must have inadvertently disabled something related to the Windows activation system, because my system is suddenly telling me that it can't connect to the activation server, and that I need to activate my copy of Windows. The problem is I'm not sure which of the services that I disabled are causing this issue.

Does anyone know exactly which services Windows activation depends on to function?
