Pc slows down an plug ins keep crashing

Hello,
can anyone tell me a program or software i can buy to speed up my pc,it crashes constantly,or hardly will load completely,but i need something that will work on several pcs.an what is cpu an how can i fix it

CCleaner works good to clean internet files, check your startup programs and if your hard drive is full you might want to delete any files you don't want or use a secondary hard drive to keep your files (you wanna back them up!). Run Windows scandisk program just to see if there are any errors with your hdd, if not then defrag your hdd Defraggler works great.
