I have a Flybook V5 from www.flybook.biz and while it is a great machine a few issues are bothering me, and I was hoping someone has a solution.
1. The unit comes with an 80gb 1.8" Toshiba Drive and A Merom u7600 ULV Processor at 1.24ghz, as well as 2gb of ram and an onboard crapy intel 945gm video platform.
For some reason I cannot load a 64bit OS, even though CPUZ confirms it is EM64T...
Nag number two, the unit has a Sierra MC8775v wireless wan card, NOTE THE "V" sierra claims it has build in GPS but all I see it a greyed out button on the newer version of their "watcher" program. I have heard thought that some enterprising people have in fact got the GPS to work very well.
