I have a W385 and finally after much support here tried it on another computer and was able to upload my ringtones to it.

The minor problem I'm now facing is that I also deleted some of the MOTO default ringtones and alerts that came with the phone. However, when you go to the "audio" section, the names of these ringtones is still present, but the audio for them is not. How do I get rid of the names for all the ringtones I no longer wanted and deleted? Doesn't make sense that I'd' have an empty audio sound.
