To create a map revealing calls by geographic area (tower or MTX) can anyone provide the polygons depicting cell tower/switch coverage?

I'm the spreadsheet Verizon provided a column is named "network element name"
One must assume the following represent true on ts ground location albiet grossly
Westminster_MTX02
Aurora2
Clinton_MTX02
Clinton_MTX01
Aurora_MTX03
