i would like to know a good and safe(secure) software that i can access my office computer at home.

preferably a free ware app.

Would you guys have any recommendations ?

none of them, to access a computer remotly over the internet you need to open a port on your work firewall(which the ICT techs will object too), and you need to have it forward that port to your PC..

if you really want to do it just try remote desktop(built into windows), you use your works external I.P to connect to your computer.

why would you want to do this? once your home your home you shouldnt be working(well thats what i do, i dont work at home no matter what the deadline).
