TEAC burner +r burning problem

Has anyone experienced problems with the TEAC DV-W58E DVD+RW drive? I can't seem to burn to +R media using a variety of software, but I can burn to +RW no problem. Unfortunately it is a Dell special manufactured component, so TEAC doesn't offer support directly to consumers. Any ideas? Thanks.

Dell sent a new burner to me today and it is now working great. Don't exactly know what the problem was (I think DVD X Copy had something to do with it), but it is now working great with CloneDVD and AnyDVD. Thanks.
