IS there a way to unistall Window Explorer and reinstall in order to see if I
fix an error

Hi Chris,

No, you can't uninstall/reinstall Windows Explorer. It is an integrated part
of the system, removal would trash the installation. If you are concerned
about a corrupt file, then try running "sfc /scannow" from a run prompt.
