What do you guys think about the new super battery from MIT that charges in seconds?

Sceptical. This is over two years ago and haven't heard anything after that.

One problem I think they'll face is how to make those capasitors so that they can withstand more than just a couple of volts. The closer the poles is, the less volt you can charge it before it brakes down.

And the article doesn't says anything concrete about storage capacity, or any other factors that is very important to the consumer.
