How to make common profile for different users

Hi

I had a laptop having winXP pro installed on it. But I want to know how to
make a common profile for all users logging on my laptop. whether they are
logging on domain or standalone. I want mydocument, outlook, desktop startup
to common for all users including administrator of local account.
