i have an ipaq 614c. How do i get the encryption on my data card revert back to unencypt data, i have disabled the encyption process, but still can't do what i intend to do

What utility did you use to encrypt the data? It probably has a function to decrypt your information.

The encryption utility is built into windows mobile 5, 6 and so on, it is located within Settings>System>Encryption. The only available function within this utility is a tick box, Ticking the box encrypts files placed on storage card, however when unticked it doesn't decrypt files. worst of all i reset the computer to factory recovery but all my encrypted files are unable to open with in associated application.

Hello thanks for your respond...
