I was elgible for a free upgrade through verizon on my 2 year contract so I got the phone. I want to keep my old phone and give the new phone to my 10 year old daughter, becasuse I dont text. I want to activate it through page plus but get a message that it cant be activated at this time. It is an ENV3. What am I doing wrong. 2 verizon reps say that I should be able to do this. Thanks.
