Is it better to return an item or refuse it? Meaning if you open it and resent it or simply refuse the delivery? If you refuse it you dont have to pay for shipping it back but does newegg charge you for original shipping or the 15% restocking fee like they do by returning it still?

First why are you refusing an item?
And Newegg will probably not charge the restocking fee because it's technically not a used item yet... wouldn't this be better to ask someone at newegg?
