I personally prefer the Ontrack EasyRecovery Pro <A HREF="http://www.ontrack.com/easyrecoverydatarecovery/" target="_new">DataRecovery</A> software for situations like this, but that might be a bit rich for some pockets.
At least one of the programs listed should be able to do the job, provided the disk has been left alone and not accessed since the partition was deleted.
