As a newbie, I'm hoping you guys can help. On Saturday I bought a new Nokia 2680 slide mobile. However, I have never yet been able to answer a call, because it only rings for 4 rings then goes to voice message!!! This is so-o frustrating. 
Is there a way to extend the ring time?
I have read the manual and cannot find any reference to this query.
Going back to the shop is not really an option, as I am living in Spain and only speak limited Spanish.
Your help would be much appreciated.
