Athlon 64 3400+

Hi all.. Im going to put together a new computer. Im giong to build an Athlon 64 3400+ on a Gigabyte GA-K8VNXP mobo. My question is do I need Registered memory? Im planning on using 1 Gig of Corsair XMS PRO DDR 3200. Thanks. Take care.
