Hi Frederick,
Click start/run and type services.msc, then click ok. Locate the spooler
service and double click it. Make sure that it is a) running (the start
button will not be available if it is) and b) set for automatic in the
startup type. If it is not, start it, set the automatic startup, click
apply/ok and reboot. See if it holds through the reboot. If not, then it is
likely that a service that it is dependent on is not being started, or that
there is a conflict with some other software.
