HP office jet 6210 won't install on new computer

Hello,
I keep getting the message that it won't install using "run" and tells me to have the primary user install it. I am the primary user. I temporarily disabled Norton but nada. I did go to HP and download what I think is the correct driver. Help. Thanks.

what operating system do you have, this includes 32 or 64 bit, which can be found by right clicking-properties. that will help a lot more than you would think

also, is it the 6210, 6210v, or 6210xi?
