Greetings. Using a Logitech Cordless Comfort Duo mouse and keyboard with my PC/Theater setup. Would like to be able to extend the range up to about 20 feet. At the moment, I get six to seven feet, which is what Logitech claims you will get. I have considered putting an external antenna on the mouse and keyboard, but don't know where to start since I cannot find an obvious antenna on the boards inside. Does anyone have any experience in "range extension" via antenna or power boost or whatever? I promised my wife she could sit on the couch and surf. I have a "mouse" remote that came with my ATI card, but that is not really sufficient.  Thanks.

The key is to keep the wife at least far enough away that when she gets up, she can fetch you a beer on the way to changing surfing destinations.

I would have thought a Bluetooth setup would do the job you want better. Logitech's MX900 Bluetooth optical mouse has a range of 10 meters, which should suffice. Bit pricey though, but good.
