I'm a total noob and I'm building my first comp. I was wondering what ram i should buy. Here's the setup:

CPU: AMD 2600xp+ or 2500xp+
Motherboard: A7N8X-X

I'm thinking about getting 512mb worth of ram...what should i get?

Wusy have you ever tried mushkin lvl 1 pc3500.
I'm building another person a computer and i was wondering if that's good normal memory. I know Mushkin is great.. but since the memory is only 56.00 usd at newegg for 256 it makes me wonder. Newegg only has one review and i'm not finding any reviews of it.
I just will run it at normal speeds , she wants to play a few games. But she's not all hardcore.

It's not for me :) it's for the person i'm building the computer for. I don't really want to chance geil. I hate mailing shite. I'd be a bad unibomber.

Dunno what to say, $70 isn't a lot of money, even for bargain RAM. You can't afford to be picky for that so just get something that works.
