Hey there, I need an urgente help.

My HD (Maxtor DiamondMax 8 40 GB) is with two cable connectors broken and I need to fix it as soon as possible.
How can I fix it without nothing? Is there a way to do it with an solder and the two connectors broken? I mean, is it possible to reassemble them?

dont know how you call it in english, but its two of those several "golden" pins where you connect to IDE cable in the HD.
(the same kind of pins for jumpers)

If they are bend, you simply straighten them out. If they are broken off (missing) you will need to replace the connector. If you are not comfortable with a soldering iron, I wouldn't recommend this approach, but I don't see any other option.
