Corsair XMS PC3500, What the heck??

I was looking to pick up another stick of the corsair XMS series PC-3500C2PT 512NB ram, and it vanished from new egg. I am having a hell of a time finding this for sale. Does anyone know if it was discontinued or something? All I can find are the 3700 and 4000, but neither of them are low latency, and I already have a stick of the 3500.

We have not stopped making the modules but Winbond Stopped production last year of the IC's. They have changed to Rev C of the IC's last February and stopped all production last September. When we get the IC's we will produce the modules but they are hard to get. If we can find and alternative we will produce a new version but for now we will have to make do with what we have.

oh, I see. I was a bit suprised, because they have had such success. Guess that answers it. I better get my other module asap!
