Can you get the internet any place with this card,if so what is the cost of the card?

No. You can not get the internet EVERYWHERE with any carriers wireless card. Hence the data coverage maps on their website. www.verizonwireless.com

Cost ranges depending on length of contract. Approximately $250 with no contract to free *if you catch a good sale weekend* for a 2 year contract .... most carriers it is $60 bucks a month for 5 gb of transfer
