Little help with mouse stuff on PC

Hey does anybody know how can i do this:
When i press my left mouse button it should trigger another button on the keyboard, and as long as left mouse button is pressed they key on the keyboard stays pressed (virtually of course).
Any help would be very appreciated!

Like brett says RTFM it will tell you how to use the included software to do what your doing

If your trying to force a look down while firing to minimise recoil..... LOW MOVE

No i dont think i have that option there, do you have any software solution?
