To be honest, the OP has no friggin' idea what he/she is talking
about. There are no user accounts to be looked at in BIOS as they are
reporting. There is only a 'system' and 'setup' password, where
system is just accessing the BIOS and setup allows you to actually
change things. Call them what you want, but those are the levels of
BIOS passwords and they aren't listed as "users" in any BIOS.
Further, if they were looking at the User accounts section of Windows,
then they could logon and the problem is moot.
Without an exact description of the problem and all errors along the
way, there is no real help. It just sounds much more like a BIOS
problem to me than an OS problem. Many others over the last couple of
days have thought the same thing.
