Funny i thought i posted about this panel before but I cant see the post anywhere, something tells me I just previewed it and didnt actually post it!!!

I just got this display panel and I have to say its very nice indeed Im no expert on LCD/TFT panels but I really would like Toms Hardware to test this out I want to know how it compares to other panels out thier.

I just read the 'Can 19" LCDs Pass the Frag Test?' article and I dont understand why this panel gets no mention at all, even searching the net brings no hardware reviews of any kind only lots of press material about the display and how it apparently has a response time of 8ms (surely one of the first 19" 8ms panels out?!?!), I even seen it mentioned on a few gaming websites, yet still no review.

Anways I couldnt resist and purchased it, just wanted to know if its money well spent, to me it seems perfect, playing Counterstrike Source online, and no problems with it.

I'd love to see a detailed review of this.

If anyone wants to know anything about it or how I can maybe test certain things let me know.

Thanks

I bought mine from http://www.overclockers.co.uk/

I'm thinking about getting a new LCD monitor for my new gaming PC. But that's the only site that seems to sell it and I'm from the United States, is there still a way to get that monitor? I have no clue how much £359.00 is in american dollars.

I highly doubt that this is an 8ms monitor. Most manufacturers achieve lower response times by using 18 bit color, dithered to 16.2 million colors (not the full 16.7 of 24 bit color). The technology for 17" panels hasn't even caught up to the point where 24 bit color is possible in an 8ms panel (they usually have 20-25ms response times), so I find it extremely unlikely in a 19" panel.
