Will FSB 333 CPU work with DDR400 mem

yes. The 400 memory will underclock to the fsb setting of 333. The only advantage of using faster rated memory then what your board is designed for is to overclock.
So if your going to overclock get the 400 memory. if not then stick with the 333 memory.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I am trying to choose between components for a new system and so far the AMD chips available to me are all FSB333 (except the xp64 i think) but the FS333 mb were crappy. i could find a couple of nice FSB400 one's.

Maybe i should just go Intel, The cost difference isn't alot in SA.
