In dxdiag.txt, We can see Sound Device Section as below.
Where and how can I change 'Cap Flags', 'Min/Max Sample Rate',
'Static/Strm HW Mix Bufs', 'Static/Strm HW 3D Bufs', and so on?

My Friends use the same sound device as me(Of Course, Sound Driver is
also). But his above setting vaule is different from mine, so his
computer has the problem in playing games.

Hi Park,

The driver in your report is almost 3 years old. I would update
the driver on both systems first before trying anything else:
